Ukrainian Special Forces have successfully captured a Russian spotter operating inside the city of Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region. According to intercepted radio communications, the individual – known by call sign “Rat” – coordinated Russian strikes on Ukrainian military positions while constantly changing locations to avoid detection. Using the dense urban environment as cover, the spotter attempted to evade capture, but Ukrainian operators carefully tracked his movements and carried out an urban operation.
