Russian propaganda has increasingly begun to speak of Russia’s inability to win the war and Ukraine’s technological advantage on the front lines. Thus, Z-blogger Anastasia Kashevarova, in a recent propaganda broadcast, admitted that the skies at the front are primarily controlled by the Ukrainian army, resulting in the occupiers suffering enormous losses. "The sky, naturally, is mostly in the enemy’s hands. That’s a fact. Everyone’s been saying that. That has never changed," she said. According to her, the situation on the battlefield is very difficult for the Russian army. Specifically, she mentioned Chasov Yar, stating that Ukrainian troops are making progress in that direction.
The propagandist adds that Ukraine wins because it has a greater variety of drones. "More serious, more serious. We haven’t caught up with them yet," she said. Kashevarova emphasized the enormous losses suffered by the Russian occupiers. "This war is a war of attrition, so many Russians are dying, or there are irreparable losses… Who will fight?" she asked. Commenting on the suggestion that Russia could mobilize 5 million people and launch an offensive, the propagandist doubted the effectiveness of such a move. "Do we have enough weapons for these 5 million people? And is it necessary to mobilize them if there’s a war going on, if we’re going to waste human resources again, herding thousands of people under drone fire? For what? So that they simply die uselessly and ineffectively there, we can just go and kill them here." "I see, and you see too, where this is all heading. They’re squashing us, they’re crushing us from all sides," she declared.
Former White House National Security Advisor Keith Kellogg stated that Russia is gradually losing the opportunity to turn the tide in its favor and will not be able to win the war against Ukraine. He made this statement on Fox News, commenting on the progress of the military operations and the Kremlin’s strategic outlook. According to Kellogg, the Russian army is suffering significant losses in both equipment and personnel, and its ability to replenish these resources is limited. At the same time, Ukraine is demonstrating its ability to quickly adapt to wartime conditions, actively implementing new technologies, and effectively utilizing Western weaponry.
"If Russia were winning, it would be on the other side of the Dnieper, in Kharkiv, in Kyiv. That’s not the case. My message to Moscow is simple: you’re not winning, you’re losing ," he declared. The general also noted that the strategic initiative is gradually shifting to Ukraine’s side, and international support remains a key factor in the confrontation. In his opinion, even if the war drags on, Russia will find itself in an increasingly difficult situation – both on the battlefield and economically.
"The country has now lost approximately 1.2–1.4 million dead and wounded in the war. They left Afghanistan after losing only 18,000. Therefore, it has economic problems ," Kellogg emphasized.
