Zelensky: 40% of Weapons at Front are Ukrainian-Made; by the End of 2025 – 50%

The share of Ukrainian weapons at the front is about 40% and will increase by 10% by the end of 2025.

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during the International Defence Industries Forum DFNC³, a Militarnyi correspondent reports.

The President emphasizes that the task for manufacturers, the government and all involved institutions is to ensure that at least 50% of the weapons at the front by the end of the year are domestic products.

“This task must be completed,” he emphasized.

Special attention is also paid to the production of the Ukrainian means of countering Russian drones. According to the President, there is currently a shortage of such systems, but work on their mass deployment continues.

“There is still a shortage, but we are working on it,” Zelensky added.

The Ukrainian defense industry already produces 40 Bohdana artillery systems every month. These are probably self-propelled and towed versions.
