Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Tuesday "many changes" were under way as he set out the reorganization of the country’s air defense.
According to Associated Press Zelenskyy said there would be changes within regional units as well as to supply of hardware and personnel to the frontline.
The president also mentioned upcoming diplomatic events including the Munich Security Conference and talks between the defense ministers of Ukraine and its allies.
