GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — A woman died early Friday, almost a month and a half after getting into a crash in Greenville County.
According to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office, the crash occurred on Wade Hampton Boulevard.
Officials said the driver of one of the cars was transported to Prisma Health North Greenville Hospital, where she died from her injuries at 1:24 a.m. on Friday.
The coroner’s office identified the woman that died as Tammy Ann Smith, 54, of Greenville.
The crash remains under investigation by South Carolina Highway Patrol and the coroner’s office.
