(FOX40.COM) — Two teens were arrested Friday in connection with a double homicide that happened on Memorial Day weekend, according to the Stockton Police Department.

Around 4:35 p.m. on May 26, SPD responded to the 300 block of South San Joaquin Street for reports of a shooting. When officers arrived at the scene, they found two men in their 20s suffering from gunshot wounds. Police said both of them were pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation being referred to by law enforcement as “Operation White Noise” led to the arrest of Devontae Holmes, 19, and a 16-year-old boy. Both of them face murder charges.
