DALLAS (KDAF) — As Hatch Chile season returns, Eatzi’s Market & Bakery is bringing back its beloved lineup of limited-time Hatch-infused offerings along with a few delicious newcomers.
From July 24 through August 7, spice lovers can dive into:
- Hatch Cheddar Bread: Sourdough boule baked with roasted Hatch peppers and cheddar cheese
- Chicken & Hatch Empanada: Chicken breast with roasted Hatch peppers and queso fresco tucked into a flaky crust and cooked golden brown
- Beef & Chile Slider with Hatch Pimento Cheese: Hand-shaped beef patty on a silver dollar pan au lait roll, topped with roasted Hatch Chile pimento cheese spread
- Hatch Corn & Bean Salad: Tender black beans, red beans, black-eyed peas, and Hatch peppers tossed in a spiced lemon vinaigrette
