On Saturday, June 21, Phoenix joins cities around the world in celebrating Make Music Day—a global, all-day music festival open to everyone. From mariachi and taiko drumming to Latin jazz, rock, and classical, this citywide celebration offers free performances and family-friendly music activities at over 17 venues, including the Heard Museum, The MIM, and Rosie’s House. Enjoy early childhood music exploration, ukulele jams, and even cello performances aboard the light rail! Presented by Rosie’s House, Make Music Phoenix brings the joy of music to the community—no tickets, no barriers, just pure musical connection.
Make Music Phoenix is led by Rosie’s House, a non-profit organization which provides free music education to Phoenix’s underserved youth. Make Music Day aligns with Rosie’s House mission to make music accessible to all. You can learn more at Rosie’s House.
