PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Police said a man died Sunday morning after someone shot him in Hyattsville.
The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) posted about the shooting on the X platform.
Police said they received a report of a shooting in the 7500 block of Allendale Dr. around 1 a.m. They found a man who had been shot. Medics took him to the hospital. He died a short time after that.
PGPD said its investigators were working to determine what lead to the incident and aksed anyone with information that could help them to call Prince George’s County Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS or to submit tips using the P3 Tips app.
