(FOX40.COM) — A man was stabbed multiple times in Sacramento County on Thursday night.

According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, the incident was discovered near 5525 Dewey Drive and Mercy Court in Fair Oaks at around 9:15 p.m.
The stabbed victim was awake and speaking when he was transported to a local hospital, SCSO said. At this time, the extent of injury is unknown.
