Three detained after South Sacramento robbery

(FOX40.COM) — The Sacramento Police Department responded to reports of a robbery in South Sacramento on Thursday afternoon.

According to SPD, the robbery incident took place at the 1500 block of Anika Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they located multiple suspects in the area of McLaren Avenue and Sterling Street.

Officials stated that the three suspects have been detained, and officers are working to learn more through an investigation.

At this time, there have been no reports that anyone was injured.
