CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — One person is dead after a crash involving a tractor-trailer in north Charlotte, according to Medic.
Around 4 a.m., officials responded to the crash on I-85 South at Sugar Creek Road. Medic said one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
A Queen City News photographer at the scene saw a tractor-trailer and another car up against the wall. As of 7:30, the road is open to two lanes.
No details have been released about what led to the crash or if anyone will be charged.
