(KRON) – North Bay residents with a sweet tooth have a reason to indulge. Ice cream parlor Salt and Straw has opened a location in Santa Rosa this week.
On Friday, Salt and Straw opened its first parlor in the North Bay.
Per Salt and Straw’s website, the top sellers include sea salt with caramel ribbons, chocolate gooey brownie, double fold vanilla, freckled mint chocolate chip, and salted, malted, chocolate chip cookie dough. Salt and Straw is known for its eclectic flavors and homemade waffle cones.
The Santa Rosa location is located at 700 Village Ct. in the Montgomery Village shopping mall. Last month, Mendocino Farms opened its first location in the North Bay in this same shopping center.
The store will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.
Salt and Straw has two San Francisco locations and stores in Santa Clara, Palo Alto, Los Gatos, Burlingame, and San Ramon.
