WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — We’ve all done it at some point. You’re driving, everything seems fine and then, suddenly, you realize the signs are facing the other direction — you’re going down the wrong way.
Now, here’s the question. What do you do now?
A video captured on Sunday shows the shocking moment when a vehicle continued driving through opposing traffic.
The video, taken by Drew Kelly, was posted to X following the incident. While on Suitland Parkway, right after Stanton Road, a black car can be seen driving through opposing traffic.
Several cars were seen at a standstill, veering slightly away from the median as the driver moved steadily in between the aisles of cars.
In the video, Kelly can be heard saying, “I know I’m not tripping.”
The exact circumstances as to why the driver went down the wrong lanes — and continued driving through opposing traffic are not clear.
