- Crowd pleasing starters such as a crisp crudité with crackers; a smoked cheddar pimento cheese; a classic French onion dip; a roasted garlic hummus; and fresh-baked bread.
- Ready for the grill mains like a coffee-rubbed 44 Farms NY strip; a hand-cranked veal and pork bratwurst; a partially cooked 24-hour brined whole jerk chicken; and fire roasted corn on the cob prepared elote-style.

Cantina Laredo is capturing the Fourth of July spirit with a one-of-a-kind cocktail. The restaurant is bringing back the fun and refreshing USA ‘Rita – a patriotic twist on the restaurant’s signature Casa ‘Rita. The USA ‘Rita features colorful red, white and blue layers with flavors of Blue Curaҫao and strawberry puree. The special cocktail will be available at Cantina Laredo locations in Addison and Frisco from Tuesday, July 1 through Friday, July 4.
Cantina Laredo’s Addison location will also celebrate Addison Kaboom Town’s 40th anniversary, which takes place on July 3. As part of Kaboom Town’s Flights, Sights and an Amazing Night, Cantina Laredo will offer two festive flights from July 3-6.
El Chico
El Chico is spicing up your Fourth of July party with delicious Family Meal Packs! The restaurant is offering Family Fajitas, Family Enchiladas and Family Tacos. The Family Fajitas ($69.95) include your choice of chicken, steak or a combination of both, served on a bed of sautéed vegetables with guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and fresh flour tortillas. The Family Fajitas serve six to eight people. For enchilada lovers, the Family Enchiladas ($47.99) choices include beef with chili con carne, cheese and onion with chili con carne, spinach with sour cream sauce or chicken with sour cream sauce. The Family Enchiladas serve six to eight people.

The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas is offering programming for all ages, including a block party experience with carnival games, face painting, balloon artists, live music, and 4th of July-inspired bites, plus a fireworks show on Saturday, July 5. Throughout the holiday weekend, guests can book an exclusive Omakase experience with sushi chef Fuyuhiko Ito. Chef Ito and Executive Chef Gilles Schreiber have curated a specialty omakase menu playing off their Japanese and Italian backgrounds. The Kimpton Pittman Hotel will be hosting a Fourth of July party at The Deep End Pool, offering ticket holders access to the pool as well as live music from 12 – 5 p.m. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the new poolside menu, including Disco Fries, Wings of a Yard Bird, buckets of beer, pitchers of beer, cider and sangria. Beat the heat with a Spiked Snow Cone, with flavors like Mango Inferno, Strawberry Punch, Caramel Apple Snap and Kiwi-Melon Melt Down. Tickets are required for entry and expected to sell out. Nobu is celebrating the Fourth of July holiday all weekend long with an extended brunch offering. Available Saturday, July 5 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., guests are invited to indulge in a selection of unlimited Nobu favorites featuring Japanese and western delights curated by the executive culinary team.
