Dozens of people are dead after a boat sank in a popular tourist spot in northern Vietnam.
More than 30 bodies were recovered, including many children, while others are still missing after the vessel capsized in a wild storm.
It was one of the worst boating accidents in Ha Long Bay in recent years.
