The death toll from Monday’s explosion and fire at a chemicals factory in India’s southern state of Telangana has risen to at least 36, with dozens more injured. Officials say some of the bodies were burnt so badly that DNA testing had to be used to identify them. The company which owns the plant has yet to reveal what caused the blast.
