Around 3,000 people have celebrated the shortest day of the year by taking a nude plunge in the freezing waters of Hobart. The annual Nude Solstice Swim took place at Long Beach in the suburb of Sandy Bay at sunrise. It is the final event of Dark Mofo — a two-week winter arts festival taking place across Hobart.
