A drunk driver crashed a car with a 3-year-old child inside while using a phone.
The 42-year-old lost control of her vehicle on a regional road in eastern Poland, veering into a ditch and overturning. Both survived, and the child was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Police confirmed the driver was heavily intoxicated and on the phone at the time of the crash. Her license has been revoked, and she faces charges, while a family court has been notified.
