On the eve of Russia’s May 9th Victory Day parade, meant to show the strength of the world’s 2nd most powerful military, it’s clear things will be very different this year – with no military equipment, no foreign journalists, no Duma politicians and a lackluster guest list of foreign leaders. Ukraine and Russia have already violated the declared ceasefire.
