Hezbollah attempted to attack an Israeli Black Hawk helicopter with an FPV drone.
A video of the incident was posted by social media user X — Itay Blumental (איתי בלומנטל).
The incident occurred during the evacuation of the wounded in the village of Et-Tayyiba in southern Lebanon.
After spotting the drone in the sky, Israeli soldiers, who were loading the wounded into the helicopter, opened fire on it. As a result, the drone crashed a considerable distance away from the soldiers.
The evacuation began after a Hezbollah attack using FPV drones on two tanks of the 77th Battalion of the 7th Armored Brigade in the village of Et-Tayyiba.

This Shiite settlement is located 4 km from the border in the Metula and Sha’ar HaGai area—here, a company of the 77th Battalion has been operating in recent days alongside fighters from the 12th Golani Battalion.
Due to technical malfunctions, the crew was repairing the tank in an open area near some buildings. Sergeant Idan Fuchs was killed in the drone strike, and six other soldiers were wounded. Four of them were seriously wounded.

It is worth noting that Hezbollah is increasingly using drones against the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon. The group’s official sources regularly publish footage of attacks on Merkava tanks and various types of armored personnel carriers.
However, there is very little actual video evidence of the successful destruction of military equipment.

For the most part, such videos are cut off after the drone loses contact with the operator. This indicates an explosion, but does not guarantee critical damage to the equipment or its destruction.

Earlier, Militarnyi reported that in March 2026, the pro-Iranian group Hezbollah struck an Israeli Merkava tank using an FPV drone.
According to the militants’ statement, the incident occurred near the village of Merkaba in southern Lebanon.
