Iran struck the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet military base in Bahrain. Explosions were also reported in Qatar, the UAE, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.

The US Navy support base in Bahrain is the main logistical and operational hub of the US fleet in the Middle East. It serves as the headquarters of the US Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT) and the US Fifth Fleet, responsible for security in the Persian Gulf, the Red Sea, and part of the Indian Ocean.
There are also reports of explosions at the US Al Udeid base in Qatar and an attack on the Ali Salem base in Kuwait. Meanwhile, air defense systems were activated in Abu Dhabi.
An Iranian official told Reuters that all US bases and interests are within Iran’s reach.
As a reminder, US President Donald Trump officially confirmed the start of an operation in Iran to “protect the American people.”
He stressed that the military’s task is to completely destroy the country’s missile industry and eliminate its naval forces.
