Opposition leader Péter Magyar said that, if elected, his government would extradite former Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro and his former deputy, Marcin Romanowski.
Hungary recently granted them asylum, which has strained ties with Warsaw. Polish prosecutors are seeking to charge Ziobro with multiple offenses, while he denies any wrongdoing and claims the case is politically motivated.
