The Ukrainian Air Force continues to strike the positions of the occupying Russian army. As seen in footage shared on Telegram channels, Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jets have targeted areas in Russia’s border regions and occupied territories where Russian troops and military equipment are concentrated, as well as crossings used for transporting military vehicles. In the northern direction of the front, in a Russian border area, the fighter jets struck a house where Russian soldiers were gathered using a French-made AASM HAMMER guided bomb. As a result, the house exploded, and the soldiers inside were killed. A U.S.-made GBU-62 bomb was used to destroy a crossing used by Russian troops and military equipment. A GBU-32 bomb dropped from a MiG-29 fighter jet destroyed a Russian 2A36 artillery piece, ammunition, and troops in the area.
It should be noted that Ukrainian airstrikes on Russian army positions in occupied territories and Russian border areas have intensified. These strikes, carried out with Western-made guided bombs, have resulted in significant losses of Russian manpower and military equipment.
