THE ATOMIC CITY AND INDUSTRIAL COLLAPSE: The world’s largest nuclear power cannot pay the engineers working on the MBIR project in Dimitrovgrad; 300 workers are on strike. Workers at the Primorskaya Thermal Power Plant are sleeping on concrete floors.
