Iran has rejected a 15-point peace plan from the United States, calling the proposal "excessive" and instead setting its own terms for bringing an end to the war. This as the U.S. continues to build up troops in the region, with Israel saying it’s forces will expand further into Southern Lebanon.
Condemnation of Russia’s latest assault is mounting from Poland and other European countries, as Ukraine reels from the mass drone strike which damaged buildings of historic and cultural significance in the center of Lviv in the west of the country.
Drone warfare also continues to impact neighboring countries as well. Stray Ukrainian drones used in an attack on a Russian port in the Gulf of Finland breached Estonian and Latvian airspace, leading to closures and the Baltic states’ defense forces being placed on high alert.
