Putin’s AIR EYES Are DEAD… Ukraine BLINDS Russia’s Air Force

Russia’s Air Force has suffered a critical loss, with Ukraine reportedly eliminating at least three of its seven A-50 radar planes since 2023, including a confirmed strike during Operation Spiderweb on June 1, 2025. As of August, satellite imagery shows another A-50U parked far from the battlefield in northern Russia—evidence that Moscow may be preserving its dwindling fleet.

Ukraine’s strategy of targeting Russia’s eyes in the sky is working. With additional radar systems destroyed in Crimea and Belgorod throughout June and July, Ukraine now enjoys unprecedented windows of opportunity for aerial attacks. Meanwhile, new German TRML-4D radars and the domestic Sky Fortress system are boosting Ukraine’s defensive edge and intelligence-gathering capabilities.
