Addressing his supporters as the election campaign heats up in Hungary, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said that “The EU is the biggest threat to us, not Russia”. His Fidesz party is still behind in the polls for the April 12th vote. This adds to Orbán’s previous unsubstantiated statement that the EU will lead Hungarians to their deaths in Ukraine should he lose the upcoming election.
