Russia’s Oreshnik ballistic missile deployed to Belarus, Lukashenko says

A Russian ballistic missile system known as Oreshnik has been deployed to Belarus and is entering active combat duty, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said during a press conference on Dec. 18.
