Ukrainian Special Operations Forces struck Russian rolling stock carrying fuel and lubricants near the Dzhankoy railway station in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
This was reported by the SOF press service.
The train was hit as part of a special operation to disrupt the invaders’ logistics on the peninsula.
The operation took place on the night of August 21st. The report did not disclose what means had been used to strike the train.
“As a result of special operations, the supply of the southern group of Russian troops has been disrupted,” the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.
A video has been posted online showing thick black smoke rising, allegedly above the railway near Dzhankoy.
