The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed over 1,200 occupiers and 9 Russian artillery systems over the last day of hostilities. In particular, the Russian army lost a significant number of tanks, armored vehicles, artillery systems, aircraft, helicopters, and other equipment as a result of the confrontation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is stated in a statement by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is noted that Ukrainian Air Force, missile forces, and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a command post, three areas where personnel were concentrated, and 2 other important Russian targets.
3 combat clashes were recorded in the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions over the past day. Russia carried out 3 air strikes, dropping 8 aerial bombs, and carried out 212 artillery strikes, including 14 from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, there were 18 combat clashes in the areas of Vovchansk, Synelnykove, and towards Dvorichanske and Hryhorivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, 9 Russian attacks were recorded during the day. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled Russian assaults in the direction of Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Bohuslavka.
In the Lyman direction, Russia attacked 32 times, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Ridkodub, Hrekivka, Karpivka, Zarichne, Novoselivka, and in the directions of the settlements of Novyi Myr, Hluschenkove, Novoserhiivka, Stavky, Drobysheve, Korovyn Yar, and Lyman. In the Sloviansk direction, Russia attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces 9 times in the areas of Dronivka, Yampil, Serebrianka, and Vyimka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, according to updated information, Russia did not conduct any offensive actions. In the Kostiantynivka direction, Russia carried out 24 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Shcherbinivka, Kostyantynivka, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar, and in the directions of the settlements of Berestok and Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 81 Russian attacks in the areas of the settlements of Shakhove, Maiak, Novoekonomichne, Nove Shakhove, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Novohrodivka, Zelene, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka, Filiia, Dachne, and in the direction of Novopavlivka. In the Oleksandrivka direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 15 Russian assaults near the settlements of Andriivka-Klevtsove, Sichneve, Sosnivka, Verbove, Zlahoda, Oleksandrohrad, Stepove, and Rybne. In the Huliaipole direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 6 Russian attacks in the area of the settlement of Zelenyi Hai. Russia carried out air strikes on Varvarivka and Zelenyi Hai.
In the Orikhiv direction, Russians conducted 5 attempts to advance on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the direction of Prymorske and Novodanylivka. In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Russian units conducted 2 attempts to approach the positions of Ukrainian units in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge. In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups were detected.
