Friday saw talks held between U.S. envoy John Coale with Belarusian President Aleksander Lukashenko. President Donald Trump tasked Coale with negotiating the release of political prisoners in Belarus. Among the 150 prisoners considered for release is Polish-Belarusian journalist and activist Andrzej Poczobut, who was jailed four years ago and still awaits release.
