A Ukrainian drone struck "one of the industrial sites" in the Perm Municipal District, starting a fire, Perm Krai Governor Dmitry Makhonin reported.
According to him, there were no injuries and workers were evacuated. Makhonin did not specify the facility in question. Citing local Telegram channels, the Astra publication reports that the drones were flying toward an oil refinery in Perm. The Ukrainian Telegram channel Exilenova+ reports a fire at the Perm linear production and control station. This information has not been confirmed. Ukrainian drones also attacked the Orenburg region on the night of April 29, according to regional governor Yevgeny Solntsev. He said several industrial facilities were targeted, but provided no further details. According to Astra’s analysis , the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery in Orsk was attacked.
