On the night of April 20, the city of Tuapse in Krasnodar Krai came under another drone attack. According to local Telegram channels, Ukrainian kamikaze drones struck the city’s oil refinery and seaport. As a result, explosions and fires broke out at both sites, with at least two storage tanks at the refinery reportedly damaged. The governor of Krasnodar Krai confirmed the attack, stating that there were casualties during the strike on the port. Due to the drone attack, flight restrictions were imposed at airports in Krasnodar and Gelendzhik. It should be noted that the Tuapse oil refinery—the only such facility located on Russia’s Black Sea coast—was last targeted by Ukrainian drones on April 16. The fire caused by that attack was only brought under control on April 19.
