The United States has launched lethal strikes on two drug-related boats in Estern Pacific, killing 6 suspected narco-terrorists, US Secretly of War Pete Hegseth announced on Monday. The video footage of the attack on the boats has been shared in social media. “Yesterday, at the direction of President Trump, two lethal kinetic strikes were conducted on two vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations,” Hegseth posted on his X account. The Secretary of State said both strikes were launched in international waters. In his words, 3 male narco-terrorists were aboard each vessel and all 6 were killed, with no US forces being harmed.“These vessels were known by our intelligence to be associated with illicit narcotics smuggling, were carrying narcotics, and were transiting along a known narco-trafficking transit route in the Eastern Pacific,” Hegseth explained. He went on saying that “under President Trump, we are protecting the homeland and killing these cartel terrorists who wish to harm our country and its people.”The deadly attack on two vessels in Eastern Pacific came days after US launched strikes on a vessel in the same region, killing two suspected drug traffickers. The boat was allegedly involved in illicit narcotics smuggling, transiting along a known narco-trafficking route.
