Russia launched another massive overnight drone attack across Ukraine, killing at least ten people and injuring more than forty, with guided bomb strikes in Zaporizhzhia on Monday and in nearby Vilniansk leaving at least 15 civilians wounded.
Peace negotiations between the United States and Ukraine have reportedly stalled amid disagreements over the Donbas and long-term security guarantees. In London today, the leaders of the U.K., Ukraine, France, and Germany met for another round of talks, after which President Zelenskyy reiterated that Ukraine cannot surrender any territory.
Zelenskyy also confirmed that the discussions were productive and that a 20-point peace proposal is being finalized, with plans to send it to Washington on Tuesday. He added that he will review the plan once more before departing for Brussels to meet NATO and EU leaders.
