(FOX40.COM) — Firefighters are battling a 5-acre fire in Sacramento Saturday evening.

According to the Sacramento Fire Department, the fire started at around 6:06 p.m. at the corner of North 18th and Basler Street in downtown Sacramento.
Nearby structures were threatened, but an aggressive fire attack from firefighters kept it from spreading into the homes.
The fire burned up to the bike trail behind the Ford dealership and storage facility of Richard and 16th Streets, fire officials said.
At this time, there have been no reports of structural damage and no injuries to fire personnel and civilians.
