PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A heavy police presence shut down an area of Sherwood after an officer-involved shooting Sunday afternoon, police said.
The shooting happened in the area of SW Langer Farms Parkway and SW Oregon Street, officials said.
Officials with TVFR told KOIN 6 News the shooting was near the fire station but no firefighters were hurt. However, fire officials said crews responded to treat two people, who were both taken to a nearby hospital.
No other information is available at this time. KOIN 6 News has a crew on the way and will have more information as it develops.
