KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A teenager from Sedalia is dead after a jet ski crash in southwest Missouri, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
It happened Saturday on Table Rock Lake near Branson around 2:45 p.m.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said two Sea-Doo personal watercraft crashed head-on in Clevenger Cove.
A 19-year-old man rode one of the jet skis, and a 16-year-old boy rode the other. The 16-year-old from Sedalia died at the scene.
State troopers said this is Troop D’s first boating death of 2025.
