Calls for teens to get HPV vaccine with uptake falling | ABC NEWS

Christine was diagnosed with cervical cancer 10 years ago. She believes things would have been much different for her if she’d had access to the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine in high school.

Teenagers who missed the HPV shot are being urged to get a catch-up vaccine to protect them against cervical, oral, anal and other genital cancers, with uptake at its worst in almost a decade.
