Sky News host James Macpherson reacts to Waverley Council’s push for mandatory pet responsibility training, claiming it is “ridiculous”.
“The Waverley Council’s insistence that if you are caught walking your dog off-leash, you should be sent for mandatory pet responsibility training is simply ridiculous,” Mr Macpherson said.
“That’s not ignorance, that’s just a lack of courtesy.”
