The towns of Moonbeam and Kapuskasing are in mourning after the tragic deaths of four young people. Early Saturday morning, police responded to a crash involving an ATV and a commercial motor vehicle. Officials say the victims are one 16-year-old and two 18-year-olds from Moonbeam along with a 20-year-old from Kapuskasing.
