A group of Russian Armed Forces soldiers surrendered in Sumy Oblast

Moscow regularly claims that Russians and Ukrainians are "one people." Putin singled out Sumy, saying that "the city of Sumy is next, the regional center. We don’t have a task to take Sumy, but I don’t rule it out."
