Air3F Presents VARKHAN Unmanned Ground Vehicle With 200 kg Payload

The Ukrainian company Air3F presented the new VARKHAN wheeled ground robotic system. A representative of the developer shared about the platform’s technical specifications and application experience.

The presentation took place at the Arsenal of Talents defense tech job fair, where Militarnyi served as an information partner.

The VARKHAN UGV is powered by electric motors and reaches speeds of up to 22 km/h. The vehicle has 200 mm of ground clearance and a suspension designed for maximum traction, and its design allows for the installation of puncture-resistant tires.

“The suspension is designed for maximum traction on the surface; it’s not about comfort. It’s traction for off-road capability,” a representative of Air3F stated.

The platform is designed to transport cargo weighing up to 200 kg and evacuate the wounded. Communication with the drone is provided via a radio channel at a distance of up to 10 km with a repeater, as well as via LTE or Starlink. The operator can independently set the priority communication type for control.

The system’s stated range is 40 km, and its autonomous operation time is up to 7 hours. The platform features a roll stabilization system, allowing it to operate on uneven terrain.
