Anti‑corruption court sets bail for Tymoshenko at $761,000 | Ukraine Brief

Ukraine continues to restore power across the country after major Russian attacks on its energy infrastructure, with over 15,000 energy workers involved and tens of thousands of households already reconnected to the power grid.

Meanwhile, former Prime Minister and opposition MP Yulia Tymoshenko faces bribery charges in a high-profile corruption case, which she denies as politically motivated, while the court has imposed strict bail and restrictions.

Ukrainian officials are traveling to the U.S. to finalize security guarantees amid concerns over Russia’s reaction.

The United Kingdom will also open a Ukraine Business Center in Kyiv this year to help British defense startups supply more military equipment to Ukraine.
