Ukrainian drones have reportedly carried out their first attack on Russia’s Ural region, according to local authorities. The incident occurred on the morning of April 25. In Chelyabinsk Oblast, a metallurgical plant and a military aviation school were targeted. The strike caused an explosion at the plant. In Yekaterinburg, drones hit a high-rise residential building. There were injuries reported, and residents of the building were evacuated. Temporary restrictions were also imposed on flights at nearby airports. The Russian side claims the attacks were carried out using Ukrainian-made “Lutyi” drones. It should be noted that both regions are located approximately 2,000 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
