POLAND AND THE U.K. TO SIGN DEFENSE TREATY ON MAY 27
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has confirmed that Poland and the U.K. will be working together in the field of defense. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer met with the Polish government leader on the sidelines of the European Political Community summit in Yerevan and confirmed the two countries will be signing a treaty on May 27.
ZELENSKYY: RUSSIA FEARS OUR DRONES COULD STRIKE RED SQUARE
For the first time, an EU summit is being held in Armenia, highlighting the deepening relationship between the European Union and the Caucasus region. The importance of the event is underscored by the presence of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Zelenskyy said that Russia fears Ukrainian drones could “fly over Red Square” on May 9.
