With mere hours to go before the beginning of Vladimir Putin’s ceasefire, Ukraine has once again launched a massive barrage of attacks against Russian energy and military infrastructure.
Ukrainian drones struck an oil refinery in the Russian city of Perm, roughly 1,500 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Russian forces launched their own wave of attacks against Ukraine, killing eight civilians and wounding dozens more over the last day.
Russia’s Foreign Ministry has also warned diplomats to leave Kyiv, saying that Moscow will launch a missile attack against the Ukrainian capital if drones target Moscow’s May 9 Victory Day parade.
