Russia is experiencing the largest security collapse in its modern history. Moscow’s streets are no longer patrolled by police, but by masked, military-clad, ultranationalist gangs from the "Russkaya Obshchina" (Russian Community).
This situation, following the mass ethnic unrest in the capital, is proof of the complete collapse of state authority. In this video, we examine the chaos created by Putin and the Kremlin’s own confession:
🔹 OFFICIAL CIVIL WAR CONFESSION: In a leaked report, the Kremlin’s top sociologist, Aleksandr Kharichev, cited the risk of "the collapse of the political system" and "a possible internal conflict (CIVIL WAR)" as the greatest threats. This is the final "SOS" call from the wheelhouse of a sinking ship.
🔹 66% HEADLESS POLICE STATIONS: Russia faces a massive 200,000-person police shortage. The vacancy rate in critical neighborhood police stations has reached 66%. This means the state has physically withdrawn from the streets, the law is gone.
🔹 ECONOMIC CANNIBALISM: Putin has allocated $166 billion to the war effort, leaving police salaries (40,000-70,000 rubles) far below those of the military and couriers. Police officers, feeling like "stepchildren" of the state, are resigning with the speed of "escaping a burning building."
🔹 NO-GO ZONES: The police vacuum is being filled by masked, club-wielding Vigilante groups on one side and self-defense units in uncontrolled migrant ghettos on the other. Moscow is teetering on the brink of ethnic and class-based civil conflict.
🔹 ELITE BETRAYAL: The Kharichev report revealed that the elite are focused solely on "sending their children abroad and smuggling their assets." This demonstrates the complete bankruptcy of Putin’s promise of "stability" in a "Rats Abandon Ship" scenario.
