One of Russia’s most famous Z-bloggers, the "angry patriot" Maxim Kalashnikov, published a panic-filled post. He declared the impending disintegration of the Russian Federation due to war and the collapse of the Putin regime.
He appealed to the Russian leadership, calling on them to act urgently. " I’ll address those in the Russian elite and security forces who sense the approach of disaster… I know what you’re worried about. And you’re not mistaken. The current system in the Russian Federation has completely exhausted itself. It’s exhausted its resources. The war has accelerated the process. It has exacerbated numerous internal diseases and is leading us to a situation similar to, if not 1917, then 1991… The potential disaster is too terrifying ," Kalashnikov wrote. He noted the catastrophic state of the Russian economy, which, he said, US President Donald Trump is dealing "knockout blows." America is imposing sanctions and detaining ships belonging to Russia’s "shadow fleet," depriving Moscow of oil revenues. The Kremlin remains meekly silent, afraid to respond. Meanwhile, the Russian economy is rapidly deteriorating. " The fate of the Russian Federation is now being decided by the economy, not along the LBC or line of contact. What matters is what happens to the budget, production, and enterprises, not whether we’ve captured another Great Khrenovka. And the situation here is dire ," Kalashnikov stated. He is confident that the Kremlin will drag the situation out until disaster occurs, after which it will try to reach an agreement with the West on very unfavorable terms for itself.
Kalashnikov summed it up: Ukraine is armed, Russia is bursting at the seams.
He noted that the strike on the 117th GRAU Arsenal in the Volgograd Region was carried out by Ukrainian heavy Flamingo missiles. The facility was hit, a fire broke out, authorities are evacuating residents of nearby villages, and there is every reason to believe this is only the beginning. " Something hit… In the event of a massive attack, if not five but dozens of aircraft are fired at the target, there is a risk of our air defenses being penetrated. Oil refineries and chemical plants are at risk ," Kalashnikov wrote.
He stated the complete failure of one of the key goals of the so-called "SVO", namely the demilitarization of Ukraine. " So, our hapless geostrategists? Four years of efforts to demilitarize Ukraine. In 2022, it didn’t have heavy cruise missiles (ed.) capable of covering a thousand miles and hitting targets deep inside Russian territory. Now it does. Back then, the enemy didn’t have large and well-equipped forces with unmanned systems capable of hitting our oil refineries. Now it does… Your strategy of freezing ordinary Ukrainian citizens has failed… As a result, the whole undertaking is facing a rather inglorious end. The economy is crumbling, and public finances have reached a dire state. In short, the end of the "SVO" is not far off ," the Z-patriot stated.
